Privacy Policy

Bansuri Summoner is built to be calm and quiet — and that includes how it treats your data. The short version: the extension runs entirely on your device, collects no analytics, and has no accounts. The only time anything is sent off your device is when you choose to unlock Pro, and even then it's just a license key.

What we collect

Nothing about you, your browsing, or your activity. Bansuri Summoner does not:

• read the pages you visit, your tabs, your history, or your bookmarks;
• use analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or advertising;
• create an account or ask for personal information.

The extension does not request the Chrome permissions that would allow it to access your browsing — it simply doesn't have them.

What is stored on your device

Your preferences — volume, drone setting, chosen scale, tonic, ambiance, and your Pro status — are saved locally using Chrome's storage API. This data stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us, and is removed if you uninstall the extension.

Payments and Pro

Bansuri Summoner Pro is a one-time purchase handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, on their own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details. When you activate Pro, the extension sends your license key to Dodo Payments to confirm it is valid, and stores the resulting confirmation locally so you stay unlocked. The extension periodically re-checks the key's validity with Dodo. No other information is shared in this process.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, or to assess creditworthiness. The only third party involved at all is Dodo Payments, and only for processing your optional purchase.

Children's privacy

Bansuri Summoner is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
